2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the mdg188 platform. 2.2 Residency. The mdg188 platform is operated and marketed for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful for you personally. mdg188 does not verify the legality of online gaming in every jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on the mdg188 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.4 Personal Use Only. You may only register and use an Account for your own personal entertainment. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, using a shared account, or allowing another person to access your Account credentials is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and close family members of mdg188 or any of its Game Providers are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To become a Member, you must complete the mdg188 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. All information submitted must be truthful, current, and verifiable.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. mdg188 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact mdg188 support immediately at [email protected] and request an emergency account lock.
3.3 Account Currency. All mdg188 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR via supported local payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. Any material change to your registered personal details — including a change of address, phone number, or bank account — must be reported to mdg188 support promptly. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending verification.
3.5 Account Approval. mdg188 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of mdg188.
mdg188 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page at any given time. Supported methods currently include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account in IDR on a real-time or near-real-time basis upon confirmation from your payment provider.
mdg188 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in a name other than your own. Third-party deposits will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. mdg188 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a standard business day; processing times for requests submitted after this cut-off or on Indonesian public holidays may extend to the following business day.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests that are pending KYC verification may be held until verification is complete.
mdg188 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mdg188 accepts no responsibility.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. mdg188 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances after providing written notice to the email address on record. The Account holder may reactivate the Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
5.1 General. mdg188 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general provisions where they conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. mdg188 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate — typically, slots contribute at 100%, live casino games at a lower rate, and certain game categories may be excluded entirely.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. mdg188 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus grinding"), exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, and using automated betting tools. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided without notice, and their Account may be suspended.
5.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions. mdg188 may offer time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments such as the AFF Cup and BRI Liga 1 season. These promotions are subject to their own terms and are available only for the stated promotional period.
5.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If a Member requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, mdg188 reserves the right to deduct all outstanding Bonus Funds from the Account balance before processing the withdrawal.
6.1 Certified Games. All games available on the mdg188 platform are supplied by independently certified Game Providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a real physical card or roulette mechanism captured via live video feed. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and independently audited.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. mdg188 and its sportsbook providers reserve the right to void or reverse bets that were placed based on incorrect odds, technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in doubt. 6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game, market type, VIP tier, or promotional status. mdg188 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error that disrupts the normal completion of a game round or bet, the affected round or bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account. mdg188 accepts no liability for loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond this refund obligation.
6.5 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Sportsbook markets — including football, badminton, esports, and other event categories — are governed by the individual market rules published within the sportsbook interface. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (handicap) betting are available on qualifying markets; their specific settlement rules are published in the sportsbook help section.
7.1 Verification Obligation. mdg188 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching a cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold, or at any time at mdg188's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mdg188 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and recovery of any amounts paid out in error:
9.1 Platform Rights. mdg188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, if an Account is subject to a regulatory hold, or if continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to the Member themselves.
9.2 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mdg188 support via live chat or email. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed Account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. 9.4 Balance on Termination for Breach. Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, identity falsification, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — mdg188 reserves the right to void all associated balances, including real-money funds, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals. Any such decision will be documented internally and is subject to review by mdg188's compliance team upon written request.
10.1 Platform Availability. mdg188 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. mdg188 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime beyond the return of stakes on voided bets as set out in Section 6.4.
10.2 Third-Party Game Providers. The games available on mdg188 are operated by independent Game Providers. While mdg188 requires all Game Providers to hold valid certifications, mdg188 accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or misconduct attributable solely to a Game Provider's software or live studio operations, beyond the game-void-and-refund obligation set out in Section 6.4.
10.3 Member Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made at the Member's sole discretion and risk. mdg188 provides no betting advice, trading recommendations, or game strategy guidance. Gambling involves risk; you may lose all funds deposited. mdg188 accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred through normal gaming activity on the platform.
10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mdg188's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mdg188 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.
Key data processing activities include: identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. mdg188 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with Game Providers and payment processors only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg188 holds its international gaming licence. The platform is operated for and marketed to Indonesian players, and Indonesian consumer protection principles are taken into account in the interpretation of these Terms where they do not conflict with the governing jurisdiction's law.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and mdg188, the Member should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the complaint. mdg188 targets a formal written response to all complaints within five (5) business days. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
14.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to mdg188's independent disputes resolution body, details of which are provided in the response to any unresolved complaint. mdg188's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error.
14.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated summary or excerpt, the English version prevails.
